We want you to get the care you deserve.
Our clinic was founded by passionate public health physiotherapists who recognized a gap in services across Melbourne. We noticed that the quality and availability of care varied greatly depending on where you lived—especially in regional Victoria. That’s why we’re on a mission to bring top-tier physiotherapy services to everyone, with a special focus on those living with multiple health conditions, progressive neurological diseases, stroke recovery, and cardio-respiratory challenges.
We are a team of like-minded physiotherapists who believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality care, no matter their background or financial situation. With experience in treating clients with complex and often rare conditions, we’re here to support you every step of the way on your health journey. We take a personalized approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet your unique goals. Because we know that each person’s needs are different, we make sure to respect and honor every individual’s path to recovery.
We aren’t just another physio provider…
A kind approach
Our guiding principle is: 'We treat our clients the way we would want to be treated, offering the same level of care we would expect for a family member.'
Kindness and honesty are our core values. We are dedicated to helping our clients thrive, achieve their goals, and return to the important things in their lives.

FOUNDER & PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Hi there! I’m Elaine – a physiotherapist with a love for solving complex cases and helping people get back to doing what they love. I’ve had the pleasure of working across different healthcare settings, from community therapy to acute care and rehabilitation, and, I’ve been a Senior Physiotherapist at Northern Health working with clients with a variety of diagnoses including Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Pain, BPPV, Strokes, etc. My mission is simple: provide high-quality, evidence-based care while creating a supportive and empowering environment for my patients to regain their independence, confidence, and overall quality of life.
I’m all about task-specific training and holistic, patient-centered care. In my therapy sessions, I love using a mix of techniques including aquatic therapy (A.K.A. hydrotherapy) – whatever helps my patients feel their best!
Oh, and at home? I’ve got a bustling household with two teenage boys, a lazy couch-potato dog, and two chilled-out cats – keeping me on my toes at all times!
I’d love to connect and chat more about what I do. Feel free to reach out anytime!
